About BriscaCard

About BriscaCard

BriscaCard is a modern digital interpretation of Brisca, the traditional trick-taking game played with the Spanish deck. It keeps the familiar rhythm of dealing three cards, following the trump suit and counting the value of won tricks, while presenting each action clearly on web and mobile screens.

Players can practise offline against bots, enter quick online matches or create private rooms to play with friends and family. Depending on the selected mode, tables support two, three or four players. Match series, results, statistics, achievements, medals, monthly, yearly and all-time rankings, pre-game public chat and extensive customisation give regular players a lasting sense of identity and progress.

The project is designed, developed, maintained and supported by Jaume Tor, the solo independent developer behind Apps4Dream. BriscaCard is available in the browser, on Android and on iPhone and iPad, with 11 supported languages and accessibility choices that include a high-clarity deck and larger cards.

The developer story

BriscaCard is the work of Jaume Tor, the solo independent developer behind Apps4Dream. The project grew from a wish to preserve the direct, social character of traditional Brisca while making it easy to play across distances and devices. Every part of the experience, from game logic and online rooms to card art, accessibility, localisation and ongoing support, is developed and maintained as one independent project. Editorial coverage helps this small project reach the communities that already know the game and players discovering it for the first time.

Jaume Tor is the solo independent developer behind Apps4Dream and the creator, developer, maintainer and support contact for BriscaCard.
