Delete account
You can request permanent deletion of your BriscaCard account. The request must contain enough information to locate and verify the account.

Before you request deletion
Open Settings in the mobile app and note the public username with suffix and the displayed user ID. If possible, send the request from the same device or account context used for BriscaCard.
What is deleted
Deletion covers the username identity, avatar, account preferences stored on the server, statistics, progression, medals, official ranking rows, block relationships and support-linked account records associated with the verified account.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction or game-audit records may be retained only where required for legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention or service integrity. Retained records are restricted from normal product use.
Send the request
Email apps4dream@gmail.com with the subject “BriscaCard account deletion”. Include the public username and suffix, user ID, platform and a clear statement that you want the account permanently deleted.
Verification and completion
Support may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account. You will receive confirmation after verification and processing. Removing the app alone does not delete server data.
