These terms govern access to BriscaCard, its online game service and the browser demo. By using the service you agree to use it fairly and lawfully.

Service and eligibility
BriscaCard provides Brisca games, private rooms, profiles, progression and rankings. You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity required in your country and keep access to your device or account secure.
Fair use
Do not use abusive names, harass players, automate play, exploit faults, manipulate results, evade restrictions, overload the service, reverse engineer protected server behaviour or interfere with public or private rooms.
Rankings and game records
Official rankings reward eligible, completed and fair games. Abandoned, private, social, training or bot-assisted games may be excluded. We may correct or remove results affected by faults, fraud or abuse.
Content and intellectual property
The BriscaCard name, software, interface, artwork and documentation are protected by applicable rights. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app; no ownership is transferred.
Availability and changes
Online functions may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Features, rules, supported systems and these terms may change, with reasonable notice when required.
Responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.
