Checks you can make before contacting support
Game stays on the loading screen: use Retry if shown, check the connection and reopen the page. If it keeps happening, send the browser name, device, approximate time and any visible error. Avoid clearing site data first, since it may remove locally saved preferences.
Private room will not open: copy the latest code, check with the host whether the room is full or closed, and ask for a new invitation if needed. The friends guide shows both entry screens and explains the messages.
Connection lost during a hand: return to the same game and allow reconnection to finish. Note whether you were playing Online, Friends or Offline, and whether the previous hand reappeared. Never send your session token or a device password.
Contact support
Email apps4dream@gmail.com. Include your public username and suffix, platform, app version, approximate time of the issue and a concise description of what happened.
Connection or game issue
Explain whether the game was quick, private or offline, the number of players, whether you were reconnecting and what screen was visible. A screenshot is useful when it does not expose private information.
Account, ranking or achievement
Send the public username and suffix shown in Settings and describe the expected result. Support will never ask for your session token or device password.
Purchase or advertising
Include the platform and store order reference when relevant. For advertising privacy choices, use the privacy control available inside the mobile app.
Abuse and safety report
Provide the public name of the reported player, approximate time and the room or game context. Do not retaliate or share personal information publicly.
Response and urgent matters
Requests are reviewed in a reasonable order and may require identity verification. BriscaCard support is not an emergency service; contact local authorities for immediate danger.
